Explain the problem: I went inactive and when I'm back now, I can't login. I tried my "default" password, but it's not working. I'm not even fully sure that "Martin_Garrix" is my account, cause I think there were some name changes...however, I'm almost sure. Would be nice if you could check my IP from here if it matches that account, though, just in case.

EDIT: I found out that my account's name is Martin_Sony, but when I attempted to login, it said it is no longer supported, and told me to request help here, on the forum. Please reset my access. Thank you.

It seems that both Martin_Garrix and Martin_Sony link to you, Sony was used for a month, Garrix was used for over a year before you made Sony.

A friend of mine that plays here checked both accounts through the panel. He told me Garrix one has drivers license and stuff, so I will most likely choose it. I'm sorry, seems that I have created a 2nd account instead of changing the name of the 1st one, it was long time ago :P

Not sure which one has more money in it though, as I know I used to sell weed...would be nice if you tell me which one has more :P

Last login date if you can remember, also did you have any properties or vehicles on your account and names of both groups you were apart of also provide when you had registered your in-game account (approx).

Your approx last login date doesn't match up to when the account was really last accessed.  Unless you can provide definite proof you used this account we won't be resetting the password.

Ps. I managed to log in as "[ x ]Garlito." at first today. I've had that name in the past aswell, and I was not really sure if i'd changed it. I did not play anthing, but quit, then went online as "Garlito.". That is when the error occured. I've moved to a different apartment since last time I was online, and perhaps the IP is the problem. Anyways, I hope for a quick fix so I can return to the community. Thanks for the time
