Just not to mention that the whole SRU team and some criminals ended up banned for cbug and nowadays the majority of the cops do it and it feels like the a-team either fails to see it, or closes their eyes.

If the majority of them is doing it, why you only reported one individual once for c-bugging the last 8 days?

I get where you're coming from, but you gotta understand that cops and criminals can't be even. Cops will ALWAYS have the advantage, that's how it HAS to be. When you become a criminal, you have to understand the police will do whatever it takes you arrest or kill you. Although I do disagree with cops using non police vehicles and non standard weapons(deagle, pepper spray, baton, and SMG), those are usually SAPD rules.(except the guns part.) Cops have the advantage anywhere you go, whether it's another server or real life.

Like I said, I don't support the DBing of vehicles at all, especially slow ones. I believe according to policy SAPD can't DB anything slower than 177, nor can they patrol in non-patrol vehicles such as a Bullet or Infernus. These rule are generally unenforced, however. If SAPD can begin to enforce those two rules, it will become a little better  for criminals, but it will NEVER be even.

I gotta agree with it, the thing is, cops "hate". You kill him, he comes back shooting at one person, who is the one killing him earlier. The new badge ID is not working well. A timer should be placed there, in order for cops not to return after death, instead, improve RPing by placing tickets and having no access on guns. This will bring more /report's though.

This is what happened today:

I own the Palomino Creek pizza-stack and I was RPing a pizza guy. I got an order from another friend of mine and we were RPing there, while being in the same CB having a laugh. At some moment he decides to take out some brass knuckles and I ran up to my car taking a pepper spray. I call 911 tellign them there's a robber, meanwhile my friend was actign like I was assaulting him. Two cops arrive, a maverick and a cruiser. They say hello and tell me to lose the pepper spray, I went on my car and came back. At the moment, Jericho(suspect) with a slow-ass vehicle passes by. A cop after him tries to take a shortcut and hits lots of poles and trees. The cruiser  dealing my case leaves immediatly and the maverick turned his engine on in order to go after Jerricho. I was left there, after /wave 2'ing in the middle of the road, like four police cruisers pop by and the last one pushes me over. I was shouting for help in the mean time. After getting equiped, they go after a suspect with sirens on. Then Jerricho starts complaining in /p for getting DMed by SWAT. I hardly believe SWAT's vehicle was slower than a sentinel/admiral yet he got disabled from his vehicle and killed.

Seriously, cops are too money-hungry, but the fact that rules don't mean anything to them doesn't mean civilians/criminals should get their game disturbed. They buy shitlods of guns, and what I do is only waste their armors and they immediatly run away. If he makes any damage to me I shoot them to death, yes, I'm the one following a cop. Yet, the guy comes just in order for us not to escape and stays on the very last corner of the minimap. Admins tend to redirect you to ARPD forums, and if the cop is an ARPD, he'll sure do it again. He has nothing to lose.

SAPD has some limitations to DBing, who follows them ? Jason Bridges is always on a bullet, DBing.
SWAT DB's immediatly on sight.
FBI is mostly for RP scenes, and to be honest, I like FBI and have nothing against them.


Let's not start with hunter/hydra, yes we have shamals, but so does AirDiv. Yet, cops use a hunter without any "warning-shots" on a suspected guy, for killing his own family member while being on ESC. Spam the chat all you want for it, you won't get unsuspected.

Yes, we can use jetpacks, but so can cops.
Yes, we can take a Dodo to land up on a roof, AirDiv(and the whole ARPD) can take a beagle and DB from it.

What I'm thinking of suggesting is that cops can't use state vehicles. "realistic" - yes it is. Argonath is no RL:Rp but since you mentioned being realistic...

This is partly correct, however, many people actually manage to join and get promotion in the Government, who work for Mafias, therefor, many Mafias are capable of exploiting the Government weaponry supply and use it to supply their "making people's lives worse" business.

Top Tier:
Mobsters
Mafias

Wait wait wait, you would now say that Mobsters and Mafias are the same, no, absolutely not. In many countries, Mobs way more secret and possibly "somehow" leading the Country itself, possibily being a "Government Official" or from the underground. They have the access to weapons and confiscated drugs, or information about them. Most mafias tend to recruit Mobs, or invite them for a payment, in order to get access to such information. Therefor, a Mobster is higher ranked than Mafias on the "fear list".

Med Tier:
Police Departments(And their divisions/sub-divisions)
Why is the PD not above the Mafias/Mobs? It is because that the Top Tier does not fear the PD, due to their Governmental access, as well as Police rules and regulations. If the PD wouldn't be following the laws, they would be even more powerful than mafias and maybe mobsters - but now they are not.

Low Tier:
Gangs
Bikers

Gangs are often a bunch of "friends/mates" that are quite poor, or has no education to use, therefor, they stick with illegal things, such as drug deals.  They are not really educated and more of an unorganized crime group. They are above Bikers as many bikers tend to stay legal while having fun riding their motorcycle with their friends. Due the PD having upper weaponry access, they do overpower Gangs and Bikers.

Lowest Tier:
Civilians
Really basic, these guys got no illegal connections, they do their job, they are capable of being murdered by any of the above.
This is a simple explanation to the "fear list" tiers, which should somehow be taken into consideration, feel free to argue over anything that seems wrong here.

The thing is, this is a game, you're here to have fun, not to be generally upset, about getting sprayed with combat when you use a deagle nor to get M4'd the living shit out of you by SAPD who take APRD members just to the end give the excuse. Plus if argonath wanted to PD to use bullets they would provide them the bullets just as they provided them with Buffalos. Your point is invalid.

Eh, let me make some points clear.
1. SWAT does not equip freecops or any other people without a very good reason.
2. If the cops would stop using high speed vehicles and heavy weapons it will be like the old days criminals saying shit about SAPD that SAPD suck balls and all of them suck at shooting and unskilled, and that will actually increase the DM since more and more criminals will enjoy killing cops.
3. High speed vehicles are not allowed to be used by SAPD members unless you have permission from a lieutenant+ and a good reason.
4. Same goes about heavy weapons, if you use combat we are allowed to use combat, if you use deagle there is no reason for us to use heavy weapon and we must shoot back with deagle.
5. Argonath is not a TDM server, cops are soppused to have communication and teamwork and it does not matter if you are wanted for reckless driving, you are still wanted and have to be stopped so I don't see a reason why can't we teamwork and get you dealt with.
6. I'm not saying cops are angels, and I am not saying criminals are, both of the sides make mistakes and if you see some cop rulebreaking you are free to report him at the arpd forums.
7. Why bringing up SRU members getting banned for cbug? I can't recall any of us getting banned for cbug and how is it related to this case?

I can conclude you like to complain but you don't use the tools you have to report the people who are not following the rules or the regulations...
