On the other hand, why will you help people out that fail to pay back a loan, most of the times they just waste the money theirselfs, hence why they can not pay it back and then are mad cause they 'are sued and lose their properties' when its their own fault.

sometimes you don't know what are you doing, it your fault yes, but why not to help them? while we have so many millionaires who got more than 20mil which they are not going to use it anyway, so it's very harmful for them to donate 10k of that? if we collect 10k by 10k from these kind of people we can help at least 2 or 3 players in week.
As I said, money is not everything in Argonath, but it make interest on playing here.
