Argonath HQ should take the people that are able to do the work, Regardless the past, I mean Not to be too strict about the past, To give a chance to everybody (Who's capable of doing the admin work), To trust a player(Had a black past but he's now good), I'm 100 percent sure that when you give him your trust, He would do anything to prove that he was the right choice, Also he won't rule break again as he's going to be the representitive of the HQ and who's should be an example of the good player, I'm not talking about my self, I'm talking about people i saw, They're children when they joined the game and now they are mature enough to be admins, Because they were children they've done mistakes, That doesn't mean that they wouldn't join the admin team for not being mature enough(Childhood), I hope you can re-think about rating players in a way that gives advantages to the server itself, Thank you !
