There are few things to be improved/fixed (or just set at it was before) and cause of that I made one topic instead of opening few ones...
1. /m1, /m2, /m3
We need these 3 commands back (maybe even adding 4th). As I recall /m1 was for pullover, /m2 to stop and surrender and /m3 as final warning before using lethal force. (additionally 4th would be to civilians back off from pursuit).
Why? Well at this moment we have only one command /m and it says "stop and surrender" which is a bit too harsh when you are doing simple traffic stop. You try to pullover someone for speeding and it was in a way " stop terrorist!".

2. Police reward and punishment system back.
So, arrested suspect = 1000$ (could be even less, doesn't matter much), killed= 200$. When cop kills civilian = -1000$. When suspect killed= -600$ (if I recall), arrested= -200$.
3. /gu and /cuff
As I noticed when suspect gives up (/gu) or when he is cuffed (/cuff) he can still run away from cop... It's really annoying cause most of players out there just won't accept the fact they are caught. They will still try to flee by every possible way. Before, when player uses /gu he couldn't move at all, and when /cuff he could go away only few meters away from officer who cuffed him.
To sum up, older system was better

4. /resetvehicles
Actually I am not sure if it's there or not, should be added for managers+...
If you log in afternoon hours, you ll need around 30 mins to find a cop car. Mostly cause they are scattered all around the island now, some even in river, some without fuel. Cop helicopter has been abandoned somewhere for sure and can't be found. Same goes for state vehicles... In late hours it's find to hard state cars

So, resetting unused vehicles from time to time is just priceless
