Google is a search engine, provided results based on meta results via its crawlers. It gets you sites than can provide you porn, and torrent dl's... that doesn't make it a piracy and porn site.. this includes google images...

Google HQ is in the United States; Regardless of its servers location; Had they been considered a "piracy site".... The US government would have destroyed them by now.. which may not be to far out of reach now if Google keeps pissing off the FCC

Google doesn't run all of those sites, it directs you to them. Same as pirate bay directs you to users who are seeding torents. Not actually provide the file itself.
