I think that server has too low population...if we had like 100 and more...yes maybe then spreading people in two cities would be great. But now both cities would be almost empty.

I like SF more than LS, but i would move there only if there would be players and more bizzes and houses.

Movement can be successful. But it needs alot of work. And it needs atractive places which would lure people there LS was build for Gangs. SF was build for hiden Mafias, who don't wants to attrack attention. LV - The city of Millions. Paradise of Gambling.
