Cop money farm and suspecting

I had like 500 screenshots from fail investigations by SAPD
One of them was like:

Cop- Explain me why did you kill [insert name here]
Me- He jumped infront of my car on highway, if I did it intentionaly I'd surrender
Cop- You're part of mafia, don't speak lies!
Me- I'm not lying
Cop- Reported for not complying as surrendered suspect

It wasn't exactly like that but I guess that you get my point

Then report them to the ARPD forums. Keeping 500 screenshots of flawed investigations in your folder and doing nothing but rambling on about it in a topic will make absolutely no difference to whether the officers are punished or if the system is changed in the future.

The idea that every new officer is a terrible player and does not follow the rules and would rather like to death match is nonsense, instead only a minority of officers are abusive and are generally dealt with when they're reported.

We were all new players at one point, and we all did not know the rules well or even how to role-play. I think the idea of adding more restrictions and regulations to new players is nonsense when there are already sufficient measures in place to tackle abuse.

Since you joined this server you have made eighty-two reports against players; out of those eighty-two reports two of them were against police and one of those reports was for actions that were quite legitimate.

You have never reported a player for suspecting you without a reason. You have never reported a player for not investigating before suspecting you. You have never reported a player for his conduct or behaviour while on duty as a police officer. You have never reported a player for suspecting you at a heroin spot.

Incidentally both reports you made against police, both the valid one and the invalid one, were immediately dealt with by admins yet instead of using the report system we provide, and the admins we make available to you, you write a thread about how awful the police are (without providing any evidence at all) completely disregarding all the other groups of players that you have made the other eighty reports about.

I do not deny there are problems within the police force, but if you think the issues of misconduct and rule breaking are exclusive to the police you are mistaken; you should be well aware of this yourself given the large amount of reports you have made against players who are not police.

Unlike many other groups within Argonath, the police allow players to make complaints about their personnel very easily. In future please use what we make available; either the admins who have shown you over and over that they take your reports seriously, or the police themselves who go to a lot of effort to deal with player's complaints.

If you'd use common sense: You go on duty to be a police officer, as a new player you achieve that. And then, there's a certain role type for you to do as a police officer, everyone knows that, as I'm quite sure everyone has seen police work IRL. Then this new player goes around suspecting people (he knows what the command does) for "Because" for example. Clearly his intentions aren't to RP or to follow any kind of rules, he's here to kill people. That's wrong, of course, we may try to "teach" him, but we cannot be sure he'll follow our guidelines, perhaps he just wants to shoot. And that's the problem we're facing here.

Patric you make no sense. If you want to succeed in cop duty you have to be polite when you cuff someone or when you investigating. Cops in server insult and suspect for no reason and instead of /gu why dont you make a test for them? Why should all server knee on cops and learn the newbees how to play the cop? Even expert cops make tragic fails...

While, you might have some distant point. However, where your wrong is using any reason to try and reject a community responsibility to help teach him. The fact that he acts like this does not excuse not even trying.

If you got suspected for non-sense reason, like the pic above, you should be immediately unsuspected by highrank cops and/or admins and not to go on investigation which is useless because the crime has no meaning at all.

Absolute rubbish, I have just been through all your reports and the vast majority of them were actioned. Even the ones that were clear nonsense were answered by admins and like I said you have only made one valid report against a police officer, which was immediately dealt with.

Great, so when someone does something wrong you quietly screenshot it and store it away so you can use it to your own advantage later instead of reporting it and getting the matter dealt with? And then, when you have kept it to yourself, you expect us to know about it and deal with it? Ridiculous.
