There's nothing to report when everyone (highranked cops and admins) saw the funny crime. If someone of them wanted to help, they would unsuspect me and explain the officer that he can't suspect me for "because".

Utter nonsense. There is no way an admin or high ranked police officer would have seen that and not taken any action. Both admins and high ranked police act proactively all the time, I see that proactivity every day and your assumptions that it was willfully ignored are completely baseless. You as a member of this community have a responsibility to report rulebreaking, but in your own words you prefer to just have a good laugh about it and then blame us for not being omniscient.
To your question about how I would have dealt with that had I witnessed it, I would have cancelled your wanted status and raised the matter with the officer, just as any admin or high ranked officer would have done.
Just to mention, i reported highranked officers on ARPD forums and i scored mute and forum ban - so i think that reporting on ARPD forums is pretty useless, what it should not be.
Now you're suggesting you were muted and forum banned for no other reason than because you reported a police officer? Of course it couldn't be for anything you did because as we all know you are a model player and a pillar of this community.
