psst.. This time it's real hosting service so it'll be up 24/7, if it crashes (and stays down) post it in this very topic and one of our developers will restart the server! 

PS: This has most updated script and database in it, so everything you did (bought cars 'n shit) is there!

You got the right IP, yes.
And yes, the server unfortunately is pretty much ALWAYS empty..
It sometimes has players at about 6 PM CET.
