If there is a reset its because of a choice, not because of a inability for us to do so. We could easily migrating everything if we want to.

Let me ask you guys something, I was around with the last BETA-version of RS 4.0 and I think it's the purpose to test the scripts as much as possible. Now I see some admins, manager and others posting about being banned if you break the rules, one of these rules is "no bug abusing"....

But how am I supposed to test as MUCH as possible if I am limited to test without abusing bugs? I mean it's not with our main account I guess? And every bug we find and abuse ... can be FIXED, so that's only for a good purpose....

I mean DMing and stuff should not be done, nor should hacks be allowed, even though it's good to test the anti-hack system but that should be done by admins (as the can see the messages too).

Can someone clear this up?

We are not talking about that for script abusing. We infact want you to script abuse everything to find bugs.

What i ment is that if you are just coming online to fuck around (deathmatching and in general annoy those that wants to help testing to find bugs) will get banned from the test server.

Screwing around could reveal bugs related to.spawning and weapons, though. I'm not saying DM is a good idea, but if you want as many bugs found as possible, then everything should be tested :p

How long will the beta phase last? Will the offical RS5 release be instantly after the beta phase has ended? Will RS4.1 stay around for as long as the beta phase will last?

I still don't understand why we should reset colored license plates. It gives absolutely no advantages, and there is no purpose for resetting these. Just like /whenmade, there is absolutely no advantage, but still that won't be resetted. I'm not 100% sure if it has been announced that colored license plates will be removed, but I'd like that announcement to never happen.

Yes. RS5 is not there to replace RS4 yet. Beta is also optional which means you don't need to come ingame and check it out.
