I actually gave it a fair chance today, I joined , went searching for RP, found annunaki, we started RPing, two fireman came, carkilled me, I guess I'm just used to mta standards but.. hawt damn. And I don't see the changes you're talking about, all that changed is that I don't have the power to crash the server anymore.

I fail to see how getting car killed by rulebreakers acts as a comparison to another place like MTA. The report function is there to stop that, naturally every server will have problems with people who want to ruin roleplays.

I'd say about 45 seconds, maybe 50.
And why would you shut down RS5, carkilling dming and general rulebreaking isn't the scripts fault, even though it could be made so everything wasn't easily abused, but why would you blame the script when there is a certain group of players who applied to stop that..

So when you tell me that most of the admins live in a single timezone isn't a problem, most of the time even in RS4 the hackers came in at 5AM, why you ask? Well because somehow the managment failed geography.

But yes, that isn't the scripts fault, but it is a problem in RS5.

You told me to give it a fair chance, I did, I got su abused, carkilled, dmed by a comunity leader, than my friend got banned by said comunity leader, unbanned by .. Yes, you're right, RS5 script isn't bad, it must be the people. But yet at it's core it's fun, as strange as that is for me, getting su abused , running to the mountains and getting shot at with a hunter, than because of the faulty script getting unsuspected while the hunter was shooting at us and than the person who was shooting us got opcodes and his hunter flew down the hill, blew up, than when the cop re-logged and we tortured him in the damn desert, before my friend derped and got banned (which wasn't anyone's fault, no need to blame either of them, it was a derp moment on a derp day).. yea .. it still isn't RP, but it's fun.

Why come saying "got su abused and carkilled" then refuse to report it via the correct means, and I would love to know which "community leader" was behaving like that if it's true.

Don't know about you but the hunter is restricted by script blocks to prevent any unauthorized access.
Any command can be abused if you have an imagination and think about what it can be used for at the end of the day, there's no way to stop that from happening but to police the use of it.

Brilliant, we had administrators that covered almost every time-zone back in the day of which most had to leave to deal with more important things than assisting players that behave like stuck up children. 
Either they were let go or they resigned to deal with real life matters over playing games.

The server does not require administrators on through all hours of the day, they are here to assist the players and not babysit and hold their hands as they play.

People have to start realising that you're on a game to play, not to run to administration every time someone hits your car or harms you.

This is where you are wrong.
We are a world of our own, because we invent new things that no other server has. That is also why people are complaining at this time, as they are used to things that are the same as are on other servers and we have taken a step forward by introducing new things.
It will take a while until they get common and people from another server can drop in and be used at once.
