About RS5/Admins/New members of SAMP

This topic isn't really needed, if you have a issue with the actions of a admin take it up at the email address, but always understand we are human and that while we may have more powers than normal players we don't have commands for everything. Time after time I am begged to return bugged weapons or other such things and the truth is I cant do everything. All I can try to do is offer my advice and from the looks of the first post that's what the admin tried to do. Worried about loosing guns don't buy em

Hi, me again, former admin !

To be honest I can understand your frustration yet this is not the place to out them. I will however show you my perspective:

While I was admin, I was known for being strict, warning everyone verbally in PUBLIC as that was the only thing that struck them. I guided new players, everything you wanted from me.

Result : Barely or NO playing time for myself. And you know what? I deemed myself PROUD of serving argonath so i couldnt care less of the low ME time.

Conclusion? To admins right now : spend more time helping players, act on reportd but also give feedback about what u did to the reporter.

If you cannot do that, why are you in the /admins list? Now, realizing almost everyone will shit on me, ill /q for now.

If new players got warned over every little thing they do wrong instead of having a moderator or admin explain them what they're doing wrong (which is actually a moderator's first and foremost job, correct me if I'm wrong), then we wouldn't have new players for long...

Not exactly. My theory says that if you go way too unserious, your judgement skills will deteriorate.

Did an administrator saying "fuck" really make you have a sleepless night which resulted in you disliking them swearing every so often?
It's about time to notice that profanity is all over on the internet.

Argonath is not a mosque, not a church, not a holy place. A swearword being used is not such a big deal.

Well sorry if it's acceptable to say such words. At least, for me it's not, because if I remember correctly, I swore to a member of the community 5 years ago to never swear on a forum. I really hope such philosophy/culture gets spread quickly among the members
