The cool down device started to make weird noise like its climbing a mountain with a small car. After restarting the laptop it stopped, checked if there is something in it but nothing.

You'll need to explain this more in detail. Do you mean your computer's fan was being excessively loud, or sounded like something was in it? Was the computer hot at the time? Did it sound like another device?

Randomly started, i was in that time using google chrome and skype only.....

Does it return to its normal sound level at any moment?

Most likely it is a fan, which is failing. Try listening, which fan is doing it.
If you have warranty, take it back to the shop.

It's the first time happens to me after 2 years of using the laptop, i got scared to catch a fire so i shut it down.

Sounds like a faulty fan bearing to me, easy to fix/replace. Inadvisable to do yourself if your laptop is still under warranty.

Most likely fan has gathered dust and is unable to mountain a low temperature, thus it runs on highest RPM even though still without efficiency.
What you can do is put 2 books besides the laptop, holding it on air for better air-flow. Also make sure to clean out the fan from dust or whatever you see.

That is because the computer's cooling system is too inefficient to properly cool it at heavy load.
