Problem with GTA IV

Hello guys.
I have a problem with my GTA IV
When i launch IV:MP i get a black screen in the beginning and it  stays like that for more than 15 minutes.
When i try to play GTA IV Singleplayer i get this error.


I reinstalled the game 3 times but still getting same errors.
Can anyone please help me?

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Install Games for Windows.

I had this kind of problem. All I did was just retrying to launch back again and again.

I found a way and fix the problem, please Lock this topic.

Hmm... It seems your DirectX outdated. You need to update it. Try DirectX 11. It's useful.
