greetings all, I go by the nickname =TRC=morphine, not that it's news or anything but it's part of the format so I might as well put it out here.

I was banned several days ago by DaniGold for apparent script abuse and I wish to testify against this because I consider the situation at hand to be largely misunderstood.

furthermore I have received info on somebody having spammed the server with profanity on my behalf. I would like to make it clear that I have joined the server once after having been banned for the reason stated above and that was about 5 minutes ago. my conscience on this matter is clear and yes I admit to evading my ban.

now to get back to the first point, here is what went down: Nylez and Stalker happened to be roleplaying at the police station and being the irritating bum I am I decided to annoy them a bit. I had been continuously running up to Nylez and typing out /kill with both the civilian and police skins, but it was only until I used the latter that DaniGold started accusing me of abusing the scripts. this was in part due to the fact that the cop skin spawns with weapons at default and DaniGold had assumed that I was trying to give Nylez weapons in this manner.

I found the idea quite funny because I had never actually thought of the fact that players actually do get weapons this way but that was not my intention. in my defense, I have quite a lot of money stashed on my account and I doubt Nylez has any less of it than I do.

I had received 2 warnings for script abuse and seeing as the script does not reset warnings when kicked, my account had been pretty much damaged which led me to express my disappointment the way I usually do, very directly.

after about 30 minutes or so I had, quite accidentally, shot DaniGold with what I call a 'back shot' (which involves looking back and shooting at someone, quite logical but quite challenging at the same time) and at that time around I had been banned.

I'm not sure if I wrote everything exactly as it was because quite honestly I've got a lot of things on my mind these days and am very forgetful when it comes to gaming.

As to this point, after talking with Morphine (and few checks and small investigation of my own) I've come to conclusion this was not committed by Morphine.

Also upon your request, I've cleared your name for the "PORNO" flooding. It indeed was someone else, he got caught using the same VPN before in Argonath under same username that lead to his real alias

Alright, so i wont mention or talk about anybody that spammed profanity on your behalf, since i have no knowledge that happened, nor saw it.
While Nylez and Stalker were roleplaying a concerned citizen about his friend who is in custody, you constantly spawned as a cop and suicided with /kill next to Nylez, providing him weapons, not only this is blatantly abusing the fact cops are scripted to spawn with weapons, your actions encouraged DM, ill explain how it encouraged DM by the following analogy; imagine a person trying to get into a club (in our story, that would be Nylez), and a bouncer (Stalker), denying him of entrance, and then a random individual (which is you, Morphine), walking buy and giving a weapon, going all like "ill just leave this here, what happens, happens", all of-course done outside of RP.
After seeing what you were doing, i warned you (with scripts, not verbally), to stop that, after which i got a very angry response which followed insults such as "retard", and as i told you, criticizing my actions is fine by me, as long is it is not followed by a rotten attitude of insults and disrespect.
I explained to you that it is not okay to do what you were doing and providing Nylez free weapons, but you still continued to give him free weapons, so i warned you again, and after that you stopped giving him weapons, but without changing your attitude and saying lame excuses such as "i was bored". so you got warned a second time.
After that, you had 2 warns and had weapons as you chose the cop skin, and then you started shooting, claiming your mouse is stuck (which btw, later you admitted you have no mouse, and you were infact using a touchpad), which seems very unbelievable since you were moving and your aim changed, you shot down someone, and got an auto-warn for it, so you were kicked.
You then was either probably bugged and stuck with 2 warns, so each time you shot someone, you got a kick with no warning, automatically.
You complained about your account being bugged and i told you theres nothing i could do about it, and it could have been avoided by using common sense, at which i got angry responses which were disrespectful, and comparing me in several pretty creative ways, to a little whiny girl.
BTW, in hindsight, i could've removed your warns with an admin command, but didn't think of it at the time, maybe because i was preoccupied telling you to change your attitude and give some mutual respect to me.
After that, a bunch of players were playing the "bridge game", in which they shoot at players who are standing at the edge of the bridge, to drop them into the water.
While that was happening, i was standing aside, supervising, making sure nothing goes to far.
I noticed you were standing near me, facing away, and shooting towards me several times, too low about 3 times, but then you got it just right, and hit me (obviously, most definitely not "accidentally", after i stated a few times, to everyone, NOT to shoot me, as i wasn't taking part in the bridge game.
After that i gave you a banned you for abusing the scripts, and my patience.
I really hope that you understand that a very big factor in your ban, is your appalling attitude towards me, and ignorance towards what i told you to do, or not to do.

so what I can see is you pretty much reiterated what I have started this thread with and mixed it with a bit of your conspiracy theorist paranoia.

as I have written above, my intentions were not to supply Nylez with weapons. also, I consider the statement you have put forth of me 'encouraging DM' to be invalid as no DM had happened between Nylez and Stalker at the immediate time of the event at question.

may I put to your attention that:

in my opinion this further supports what I have said about 'script abuse' not being part of my intentions. I did not pick the cop skin specifically because it spawned with weapons, I picked it because it was closer to both Nylez and Stalker.

what you have stated to be 'rotten attitude' was in fact not rotten but the same criticism you so openly agree to receive (apparently). I was quite straight forward with you; I told you that your accusations were false and merely expressed my contempt for your actions, which yet again is something you approve of (apparently, judging by your post).

regarding the instance when I said that my mouse/touchpad/whatever the hell you want to call it was stuck, I did not lie. I could move the mouse itself but I could not get the gun to stop shooting, I guess it may have been a touch pad malfunction, I don't know. this isn't the first time it has happened and certainly won't be the last.

I don't know about you but whenever people tend to mess up my stuff, may it be in game or in real life, I tend to get irritated. that is the way it works for me and it's unlikely it'll change. were you expecting me to bow down to you and kiss your feet for messing up my account? tough luck buddy!

Dani did not mess up your account, you did.

Constructive criticism is always welcome, but throw in a "retard" comment etc and I'm fairly sure it's not constructive anymore.

As for your thoughts that you did nothing wrong, think again. When admin tells you to stop doing something (when it comes to rulebreaking) you stop, no questions asked.

Coming here with the intention of fighting the admin who banned you and attempting to pass the blame onto them will not get you unbanned. You need to re-evaluate your attitude and understand why it was your own fault that got you here, not that of the admins.

right, I apologize for having gone overboard with insulting DaniGold, it's a bad habit of mine and I'll try to avoid it in the future.

seeing as I have found myself in a position with no sufficient evidence to prove my intentions, I also apologize for having typed in /kill next to [EAF]Nylez several times in the VCPD, that having been considered as script abuse by DaniGold.

I hope you've learnt that even if you get mad and/or disagree with the administration, it does not permit you to speak to them as you please. Always keep the discussion polite and if you got a problem with an admin, contact me or Klaus straight about it.
