i want to ask . if i buy a house and leave the game maybe 3 months .( school time )  it will be for me when i comeback  or it become for sale and i lose it ?
i hope someone explan to me what will doing

I guess it's not,I've seen the some properties of banned players remains there.I am not sure but would like to be clarified.

You will keep it, but for example, if someone else wants to buy that specific house, a manager can see if the player is inactive for (i think) 3 months, or longer, and a manager can approve it, and someone else can buy it.
So i suggest you to log in once per month or somthing

Property rules

• Business owners will be required to keep their businesses stocked. If a business is observed having 0 stock and the owner has not logged in within 30 days, the business will be reset and available for purchase.
• Home owners who have not entered the server within a period of 3 months will lose their homes and will be available for purchase by other players. Reimbursements will be made if contacted the previous owner within 7 days of removal.

The house will not automatically disappear after 3 months, or any set time frame.

If a player wants to buy a house and we determine that the owner has been inactive for 3 months we will sell it for them.

Yes, But you can take the guns/drugs/money before you sell it.
