MTA:SA is Argonath's server on... MTA:SA.

To join the ARPD there, first of all you need to play for like 7 days and have a valid passport. Once you got them, you visit the police department and take a small test on how you will act in situations and several rules and regulations questions. Once you know enough, you pass the test and you're ready to become a police officer! 

1st, There is no ARPD there.

2nd, Play for 5 days and get a passport not 7.

They will be converted to decent players or purged.

On a more serious note, not even academy for police officers would teach them everything. It's the everyday duty that makes you better over time. Of course, this process might be boosted by lessons from more experienced cops, but after all, it's you who has to realize what it means to you to be a good police officer and find ways to improve yourself.

Kerbe, there should be an initiative from the good cops to teach the other cops how to do it and when they're wrong and why they're wrong. They should make some demonstrative situations and tell them what should they do (for example, the simulation of a heist, or of a kidnap, or of an interrogatory), and then, give some tests (practical ones), and then, note down every time when they are on a real situation, the good and the bad things and the mistakes the cops did, so they can learn. That's how a cop should get experience. It doesn't mean that the older cops don't get experience from the younger ones, they do (this way, how I said).

Not only in the cop job, but generally; Knowledge is not enough to make someone good in what he's doing. His will is the key to success. Rules are to keep the server clean of actions that may lead players gaining advantage over other players, so rulebreaking isn't to be accepted, not even balanced.

In short to be a good officer you need a lot of time in patrols and you need to experience as many situations as you can while with a better officer so you know how to react and behave

Both ARPD and players can help you be that, but in general you and only you are the make or break factor.

I think we kinda solved the LCPD problem, maybe it's ok. Cops, just make some demonstrations sometimes to the rookies, ok? Like me. Even if we are equal, we need to help each other! So, that's it. A new idea is coming really soon. I can already smell it in the oven baaking!

Ok, guys. I have a new RP Idea. I think there should be an RP radio called the Argonath radio or Argonath FM. I will send a selection of music that I think it should be in the Radio.

P.S: The radio can be listened outside the car, too.
