I just don't see the point here. I mean, you hate getting killed by a Annihilator or what? nobody stops you from using fast cars , nobody stops you from becoming a criminal and evading like a pr0. Now you are saying that you hate getting yourself chased by annihilator. NOOSE and FBI have strict procedures for the use of annihilators (AS Martjin mentioned above). They are not breaking rules , have you ever counted the no. of cops on the time of your chase? Whenever i chase a suspect , a Annihilator comes for help when there are a mere 2 or 3 cops. i never saw a annihilator if you chase a suspect with 7-10 cops on him. If there are 7-10 cops on a suspect with a Annihilator , then be sure its a dark orange not a normal suspect. We must give more priority to them.

Rules of Noose intervention (Anni using) are liberal and should be liberal, as its up to the officers them self's to decide if the suspect is too much to handle.

So you guys who think the Noose rules are too liberal pm Kerbe or Mihail, maybe they agree and are willing to talk to you and change the rules for Noose making them more strict them.

Arguing here wont change anything. As IVMP idea boards aren't meant to be used to make LCPD change protocol.

I personally love when an annihilator chases me.
Makes tunnels and other obstacles useful.

I'm not gonna register in yet another website just for that.

Then stop fucking complaining. It's LCPD protocol, not a server rule. If you want to change this, you must address LCPD, not the server team.

Wheel, why are you whining? You use subway tracks or tunnel for most of the time, even if its 1 cop after you

i dont wana say this anymore but cops tend to overpower suspects. think im gonna start using the underground railtrack from now on, fair enough on the criminal side. i suggest all the criminals out there do the same as well. if the cops can have extraordinary privileges, im gonna have my own privileges too like having to carkill a cop and speed off just because im surrounded by a few of them, RP included ofcourse. dont block the way or get killed sorry
The percentage of suspects being caught is still lower than desirable. Do you want it to be 0%? Then it will be "fair" on your opinion? Then what will be the point of being a suspect?
Carkilling, are you serious?

suspects being killed is still higher than expected xD carkilling yes im serious, as i have mentioned 'how' (RP carkill), not deliberate ofcoarse. taking the subway, yes i will since the anhi is dangerous to face off and also i dont want any heli to track me. gg :D

welcome to ivmp mate? he has the liberty to post any idea he wants, youre just throwing more salt on the LCPD's plate. and easy on the language there, you dont wana provoke anyone here

Tell me when did that happen. I can't remember the last time I used subway tracks without an Annihilator after me. I used to stick on the highways.
I'm not even that familiar with the subway tracks, mainly because it wasn't needed until recently.

Also, if the cops are really having trouble (and I understand that when they're in low quantity) then maybe they should first try using NOOSE ground vehicles, or FBI. That is what used to happen before. Now they all step up to the Annihilator, because it's easy and has that "xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD kek kill pew pew pew im a terminator" factor.
Like I said before, I've been using slow vehicles. That shouldn't need an ultimate step up to the Annihilator, since the rhl remains frozen pretty much of the time with the cops after me. They might not be able to completely stop me in low quantity, but I'm not gonna easily escape from them either.

You don't play IV:MP. Get out. Subforum description:
"Please post here Suggestions regarding IV:MP, Ideas regarding Scripts please in subboard!"

It might be worth for you to know (since you don't seem to play IV:MP, you just want to be alpha and show the world how truly a leader you are) that recently the IV:MP server started counting Annihilator gun kills as a proper way of killing a suspect (giving the suspect a 300$ fine), whereas it did not happen before. But this is not what i'm talking about, and I don't have a problem with the 300$ fine.

Last I remember LCPD is part of IV:MP. Since you're the big boy here, tell me again why are they even in a separate forum? Is that really needed? (In my honest opinion, that just sounds like unnecessary extra work. Having to mantain two different forums "just because", while they're still dependant on eachother)

I don't blame you, you didn't see the last chases I had. There was a fair amount of regular cops most of the time (4+), I was not in a fast car (so rhl would stay frozen most of the time), and in most of these chases I didn't have FBI or NOOSE ground vehicles chasing me. Most of the time I died because of the Annihilator. (there was one where Joseph used a NOOSE Patriot, that was cool. ONE. That one didn't have an Annihilator after me, and they still caught me).

It doesn't matter if he plays IV:MP or not, he is free to post his idea.

I only replied like that because he clearly just wanted to spice things up, and has no idea what is going on in IV:MP. Plus, his language didn't help a bit.

I would actually agree that Ann. is over used. It shouldn't be limited thou as you ask, only already written procedures needs to be applied.

Height rule is just bad. Who's gonna measure 5m? Pilots just need to be trained to use it right.

@ Samp invader - there is no need for that attitude really...

That happens almost every day I see you playing, sometimes even not once per your playing session. Like the day before I came after you when there was only one officer after you and you were on the way to the subway tunnel already. Nothing looking like Annihilator, only one cop! Then, the day before you were chased by Mihail only, I joined the chase and you went straight to subway where I kept crashing.
You guys keep abusing the tunnel because you know it's a buggy and crashy place and you can escape the chase because of people crashing. And if you crash, you can just not come back or come back much later. Also, not all the cops, especially new ones, can get there. The reason of you using the subway tunnel all the time is this, not the  Annihilator, just admit it. :uhm:

Peace :depature:

5meters as in just high enough to not crash into cars and potentially some civillians that can be around. Not necessarily a rule, just something to keep in mind.

I agree that the written rules seem to be a bit forgotten (and perhaps should be a bit more specific), because everyone is stepping into Annihilator as the "ultimate solution for all your criminal problems", not as something like "last resource".

@ Hurricane i'm not gonna admit something that is not true. I never said I *never* go to the subways though. But from what I remember, it has been a seriously rare event. Most people who chased me would agree that I spend most of my time around highways.
But I really can't remember the last time I went to the subways without Annihilators around.
