In real life the criminal hides, and the police control the streets (not everywhere lol)
You must be good to lead a gang or a mafia family.. just like in real life, but a mafia is not a murderers or kidnappers organisation, or at least it shouldn't be.. thats why we always arrest mafia members, they are easy to catch... they commit crimes and they leave evidences behind

Sorry to pick apart your post Luca, but this is unfortunately how I would say that:

Basically, ARPD enjoy their work and are getting trained to fight off all of the other organised gangs so that they can rule the streets of Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas!"

I don't know why ARPD have gone to such lengths to annihilate all Mafia and Gang Roleplay, but without Gang roleplay and Mafia action, there is not much great about Argonath for me. But then again, the ARPD gang will fill the void of those who rule the Streets.

All I can say is.. see you in Angel Pine. A place where Gangs are still allowed to, you know, Roleplay. Unless of course DPD will suffer the same fate as the other Departments.

we were there to investigate, we don't need proofs to investigate.. we investigate to get proofs. If a person is not collaborating it means he is hiding something.. in that case we interrogate him.

Daniel, please tell me you're kidding.
That would kill copwork overnight, and people would go hit Cops and stuff, when there are no ARPD around.

Besides, most of the abuse isn't Cadets anyway.

I have to disagree, so players can comit crimes around cadets and walk away?

The solution for that is just removing the cop stealing when players are arrested, this way, players will just surrender and everyone gets happy.

You mean if I am a freecop and someone starts kick me, I have to take screens, contact high rank officer, ask him to look the proof on a picture run to that guy and suspect him?
