Warning: Properties do get sold due to not entering them!!!

I don't see why should people cry and moan about inactive properties being sold.... The rule was always there wasn't it? You were told to enter constantly to not loose it. Who didn't enter lost it. End of story.

It is, since HQ decided to sell inactive owner's properties and mostly of them are  Businesses, So if there would be profit script it would make them enter the property automatically.

If you need a script to make use of a business and can't grasp the concept of RP, do you belong here?

Properties have no use at the moment, don't you think you should've started unowning inactive ones after the new scripts ?

They have use, players roleplay in them and some even make a living off selling them onto others.  No need to wait for business script that has been missing since the beginning of RS5.

Been around since RS3 maybe even before, those have been around since then have no excuse to say they didn't know of this.
Sure Cyril and Markz said we didn't need to sell them but at that time we never even had a command to sell them off until just over a month ago thanks to Teddy fixing it so we could sell the inactive properties.

Since I'm playing, this rule was always been there. If they're buying a property, i don't know what the problem they're facing in entering their own property only for once in a week. :/

Sorry but not everyone's doing that. Half of the players buy the first property they see and try to sell it with a crazy price the day after , that's not for roleplay purposes for sure.

And from where we are talking about Roleplay here? In a general way I'm stating that business profit script would make people enter their business more, nothing else, Therefore Devin already said that they are going for houses rather than businesses.

Well let's face it: if you start selling inactive properties you wont get players to go and RP in them, you will just make them press H twice more often. Also if you add house store script and business stock system its obvious that you will get a feedback of using the properties more often ( simple exemple is the Downtown inside track... before the horse racing script almost no one entered that property but now everyone are using it ).

Could you please state the whole procedure of how HQ members feel that they should sell this property, of course 3 months rule is still here, but we are still unable to recognize this new rule, Do HQ member sell property whenever the feel it should be or there is some time limit? And lol I'm not here for argument.

Sorry for going off topic, but can this "sold due to inactive" have power on CBs and on Phone numbers? CB's and phone's can be removed  when the owner is inactive for 3 months+.

Mumin Svensson removed my CB channel(cb 1000) in RS4 due that I was inactive and then after he bought the channel himself and didn't want wanted to give it back to me! So yes, i think that apply on cb / phone too..

If we had the commands to do it yeah we probably would.
