Nah, there should be some minor adjustments:

- Required passport and license to go on duty (filters out new players with no knowledge about server)
- On-duty volunteers must follow all of the SAPD regulations
- Failure to follow regulations and obvious misuse should result in a long long (if not permanent) copban.

And within 7 days you expect new players to know how to be cops.... that's not really that good idea....

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

If people go through an extensive 1on1 academy still get disorientated in some situation, you think a new officer is going to make the right decision? The reason why there are little to no officers online it's because they have nothing that motivates them, 500$ for arrest shouldn't even be there..

Well if the freecop system is indeed cooming back then here we go for one more round of people complaining about abuse! It as been so clean in the complaint boards i guess it was about time to see them used again!
