Which part of his post is false? You like picking on details, so I'm guessing its the same about Frank's post, but in general most of his post is what happen, unless you can give us arguments to counter it?
And the part made by Cyril that RS5 was being developed by the wishes and ideas of the players isn't true for the most important scripts.
The previous scripting team, was egoistic and stubborn in their suicide scripts solution, and the HQ was sad to say, acting the same way. From all the things that Teddy and his team made, the fact they actually consult and talk to players who have experience and knowledge before deciding how a script will work, is the biggest change.
Me and a few others mobilized a lot of people to return back to Argonath, after 2-3 months of rs5 being released. At that time the player count was an average 10-15, and it didn't go up much. Alot of veterans who were leaders of the longlasting factions were called back, even tho most of the players were still into getting over the fact the rs4 is gone, and that they are back on 5k, yet they all had a will to return and start their groups again, and as you know, on one veteran leader(Like me, Frank Hawk, Acika, Que, Pablo, etc), you get minimum 10 more players online. They all went down and returned, and we pushed the average player count to 35-50 in a matter of one week. But they and their members couldn't do anything to earn some basic cash, except fire duty.

Drug script is the foundation of keeping criminal activity up, if you fuck that up, we're just gonna have more and more players leaving, while we work our asses in getting old people back, fix this asap, or we're fucked"
CL: "We want a realistic economy"
Cofiliano: "What's more realistic then economy being financed by illegal drug money? That's how global economy works"
CL: "If we do that, everyone gonna become millionaires"
Cofiliano: "You dont need to make it spawn big amount of cash out of no where, just make it the most profitable scripted job, so people would be motivated to work more into the drug business then fireduty, hence more interaction, hence more roleplay etc"
