Regarding banned player's properties and groups

Good Evening,

We want to make something clear to everyone. We will no longer be transferring properties such as businesses and houses which are owned by banned players to their group unless it is a main group HQ OR you have a contract with the player in advance. Houses and businesses are not owned by groups, they're owned by people, thus cannot be transferred solely because "they're banned and in our group".

Properties not covered by a contract will be sold after the inactivity period.

Response on what? Our activity and roleplays? Just because some people see something that might bother them is our problem now? Haters might be bothered about our activity, so now what, we shouldn't post pictures of 10+ people? Ivan simply posted pictures from all the events and roleplay in which we were engaged today.

Its also awfully hypocritical, knowing that the previous owners,  were doing /ad Buying weed at UpHill Garden  QUEENS! | for months, yet no one biatched about it.

In the interest of being fair the entire community. It's entirely unfair for properties to be sold, before the 3 month deadline, to an exclusive party which has no right to the property. This has always been a thing just never enforced properly until now.

Yes, I understand it was unfair to a certain group. However it's a greater good situation. Be unfair to a group or be unfair to an entire community. Tough choices no doubt and I admit I don't always make the right ones.

It seems to me it would've been fair to the community if what happened before the clarification/new rule in this topic, stayed what it was. Not only has this certain group been duped now, but there's also some provocation going on now. I'm completely neutral in this so I feel I should speak up about that.

They haven't been duped. They lied to managers about reclaiming a group property which was supposedly theirs, which it wasn't. They've already gotten away with it once, and that is what's unfair.

Managers have possibility to prove the money transfers along with chat. However I don't tolerate someone accusing is for liars. Get your shit straight up before you go forward your speculations. I ignored this case until now, but let's ask here whats happened with queens hotel being reserved with icon of official groups prohibiting other samp members to purchase it legally?
