[SA:MP/ GTA SA] Game not starting up after PC restart.[W10]

All of the above did not work other than changing folder names on startup, and then it only worked for one launch.
I found my own way which was selecting a random folder through settings ane then the correct folder when the connection error came up which was also just a temporary fix

This makes me really curious what causes this to happen as I personally never had any issues with SAMP on neither W8 or W10.

Yeah same. The only issue I had with W10 was some wierd freezelag which was fixed by upgrading my graphicdrivers manually

It appears as if the above suggestions still have not remediated whatever issue I am experiencing. I reinstalled the game twice as well but to no avail, at least on my laptop. I tried some of the other suggestions up here on my desktop with no success either. I'll have to investigate further on my tower and see what I can do.

@Janar - Unfortunately not. I'm back at school so I am not as worried, but it is still really confusing as to why every trick in the book is not working on either one of my PC's.
