Because we do this within our borders. It doesn't need to be public whenever a staff member gets warned, given people can abuse that information we wouldn't. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean that there is nothing being done against staff members misbehaving.

I'd just like to start by saying you are fantastic.
I did admittedly spend only like 60 seconds glancing at the main post but yes...
In regards to the general concern spotted. It could be considered that the burden of proof falls onto the one who is instilling the punishments. People may expect the management to behave in predictable professional way indeed.

Second thing is. I saw several veteran peoples getting banned for Ignoring RP and Poor Rp or bla bla
No one ever take birth learnt from their mother's stomach, They needs some time to learn.

All is good. It is unfortunate that none of the people immediately involved in the situation wanted each other banned and people got banned anyway but hey ho.

Lets say peoples know everything what is happening here in this server but they aren't speaking up, actually they're in fear of getting banned this is why they don't stand for justice. Lets hope you guys stand with me and fight for justice.

On a serious note, I do agree about the part where Management speaks to players or punishes them using some rough words, which mostly causes those players, especially if they're "new" to keep on coming back to this server and target it using various hacks or even attack it and bring it down. Could simply talk to them short and to the point without using such words. 

I agree with you to the extent that staff has to use somewhat civilised language towards the players.

The rest.. well let's just say the morning paper had more interesting parts.

You know little about that case but the person who banned him didn't showed any evidence anywhere. Even not in his unban request as you say it.

They do take actions against admins. They dont show it on public but they do, trust me.
And regarding thr evidences on a unba request. We also keep those conversations private to protect someones privacy.

Who's privacy my bro? When a person himself telling them to show him the evidence on his unban request. My cousin asked for just freakin a single "name" of the person who gave him exploit money and the program which showed 5.2m. Who's privacy is disturbing by doing this?

I think the concern is not the name but your wish to know who is giving evidence against you and why.
In the pursuit of justice it is well known doctrine that unless the person giving evidence is a victim of crime such as serious sexual assault / abuse then the bare minimum they have to do is hide behind a screen, another person voices for them. But if thats' not the case for the person you are looking to evaluate then the concern about privacy could be made weak. For all we know the evidence could be a picture drawn in paint, but I doubt that's the case.

You ignored their roleplay in a sense by running whilst outgunned and outnumbered, you also reported them to get them banned so don't say "wanted eachother banned" when you are the one that sent in the report.

The ID links to a database ID. How it was found does not even concern you.

If you would've read what Devin said. We immediately looked why they were banned and found nothing. The staff member responsible for that has been spoken to as well.
