Why delay RS5.2 when HQ can/should ban the people who are being deemed an ungrateful nuisance?

An analogy for this would be: Instead of not giving candy to all kids for misbehaving, why not give the candy only to the good kids?

As for strictness, you should see the new unban request guidelines. HQ seems to be getting stricter. No more unbanning a banevader 100 times. You ban evade = that's it.

Saw shitload of posts like this recently. Everytime I read them I feel like killing the person who wrote it. Everyone that is active on forums instead of IG has their own right to do so, besides that they have a very good reason to do that and you can't deny nor argue with that fact. So please BOYCOTT this kind of posts not scripting or w/e.
