- reworked bounty and notoriety system:
+ You now need to be Notoriety Rank 6 (Wanted) and higher to collect bounties on other Wanted notorious criminals.
+ Dying, regardless of reason now has a heavy penalty on notoriety.
+ Killing a police officer while a suspect has a higher penalty on notoriety.
+ Dying while suspected has a higher impact on notoriety than dying without.
(note: using /kill will not cost notoriety points)- removed restriction on limit of ARA and ATC group types (ref
#1).
- removed inability to fully heal people within a rancher (you can now fully heal).
- removed the ability for police with notoriety to enter notorious hideouts.
- increased chance of 'probably toxic wine' hurting you critically.
- reduced the cost of barn and coup feed by $100 per unit purchased.
