We've started to ignore the whole mentioning LSRP shit but shall we consider banning people for saying it? I mean fucking hell every other topic now has something comparing or requesting something from LSRP. If you truly what that style of roleplay then good riddance and best of luck! If not understand we will never become LSRP, we are unique and many people here are drawn and kept here because of our unique style that we provide. So for the love of god stop fucking asking and comparing it. Seriously, shut the fuck up about it.

This can be a misunderstanding sometimes, just because someone requests a feature that (for x y reason) is also on LSRP does not always mean that person wants to turn Argonath into something similar to it, maybe he just suggest such feature because is something that he would like to see on the roleplay server he likes to play? To be honest I also get pissed off by the people that comes up and shit on the topics with the sentence "YOU JUST WANT THIS BECAUSE YOU SAW IT IN LSRP".
People knows very well that Argonath is never going to be something like LSRP, no matter how many stuff you add/change or remove from the server.

I think Manoni has a point here.

When people suggest something they saw on another server it being LSRP or what ever... it's highly likely because it would make sense to have on a roleplay server, argonath is not heavy RP and thats why people play here, but that doesn't mean that people can't request something they saw somewhere, since they most likely would just like to have it as a roleplay tool within argonath.

The players desire what they want, but to ask for the features of another on to a community whose focus is to remain a world of its own, its somewhat hurtful.
In a direct way you could say "If you want what LSRP has, then go there", as most if not all features on a server end up the same anyway. Maybe different, but the same nonetheless.

It goes without saying that we do not really like LSRP being mentioned in the first place, looking at their "representatives" that come on here purely to cause shit. And their vision being different on ours which started Argonath in the first place, it's a lighter roleplaying server so that you aren't pushed to the ground by a myriad of rules and an overly restrictive admin team that'd love to ban you on forgetting a /me statement.

In short, feature-wise it does not matter where you play on. You could be on a server with just /me, /l, /s, /pm, et cetera and your playstyle would likely be the same; your own.
Roleplay wise, we allow you to play how you want as long as you are capable of adjusting to the differences. If you want to play with OOC/IC be my guest, but expect others not to.

It's all about you on the stage, not the props, not the decor, not the music, not the lighting. It's you and your expression alone.
