For anti-carjacker, maybe. But as for the Anti carkill, it is not a good idea.. Not all car kills are against rules

You are not allowed to carkill. But not everyone who kills with with his car did break the rules.

You're driving with a very low speed, a troller jumps infront of you with 1% hp.. you car kill him. You get auto jailed for that? Nope, it is not your fault, you did not break the rules.
Some are accidents, some are bad luck.

Just no, stop with this already. There is no need to give such commands to other players, if you really want to kick those rulebreakers, apply for moderator and do help the server in becomimg a better experience for everyone.

This shit about votekick makes no sense in a rp server (sry, forgot it's stunt-occasionally rp) and never will. All what you can do is help administrations in catching these people.

Jack, calm down, man. Even, though, many times rulebreakers really do ruin the game, sometimes a small talk with him can work. But, if he/she understands English and continues to rulebreak, bring evidence to an admin on the server. He/she will deal with it. As for the anti-carjacking command, it should be useful, but, I remember in RS 1.8 that there was a freezing script when you entered a car and went randomly(mostly for no good reason) and froze you and said that carjacking isn't allowed. So, with some calibrations, a command like this might actually work.

I'm not saying I support this, but I think people rush to assume that it would be abused.

Rules regarding the use of votekick could be added, and abuse of the system could be met with severe punishment. Only experienced players could initiate it. Votekicked players could be logged for admins to review later to verify the validity, etc etc etc...

Again not saying I support it, but I don't think players are in a big hurry to abuse it and cause trouble from admins on themselves. Food for thought.

You see an annoying new player come to you, who steals your car and insults you. You and your friends voteban him from the server - just because he was new.

Besides, we got /report and we got administrator staff online, if there is no administrator staff online when a rulebreake occurs, please do take a screenshot or write down the player

I'm going to stir the pot a bit and see what you guys thing of an adaptation of this suggestion.

What if the cmd was given to high ranked LCPD and FBI members? Voting would be initiated by them and the rest of the server can vote. Voting would only be allowed when there are no admins online. Also it could be made so that only players with no passport could be votekicked.

Pro's

• Server has more hours of protection against rulebreakers
• Rulebreakers will be kicked on behalf of the players in the server

Cons

• Newcomers could get kicked without proper guidance of the server
• Someone could abuse the command to kick someone they dislike/or for an invalid reason
• The server can gang up on a person for invalid reasons

Though I must admit, it's highly unlikely that this command will ever go through in ivmp, I think it's worth discussing it.

This idea has it goods as it has it bads.

The vote should not be started by high ranked cops only, since it is not a cops related matter. Instead, COL, SFDS should be as well able to do it.

I actually don't support this idea because of the treating that new players will receive.. but if it is really needed, then why not.

This one is right tho COL can handle the vote kick but also as High ranked cops are trustfull  and cops are mush active so they can handle it anyways
New player will get  kicked for: rule breaking check /rules and rejoin the game. this will be mush better for them to understand the server rules i know that you can explain to them in main the server rules however some of them will not pay attention and keep rule breaking and when he get kicked he will pay more attention and understand server rules supported.
