You did that using command of /setconfig or what?

If you did it in game setting. Press restore default setting

If you did in vcmp setting
use /setconfig (commandname) default

If it is related to argo setting. Goto run and type %Appdata% and then
Vcmp>serverstore>argonath ip>delete the files

Open game again and download. Hope this helps

FBI Building Terrorised!

The crime scene.

In September 24, people from the outside heard a loud noise from the Ocean Beach area.
What they didn't know is that the FBI offices was bombed. About 15 FBI agents died, including 4 FBI High Command Agents.
The police quickly arrived at the scene 24 hours after the incident. The calculated damage was $4,800,000. The VCPD is on high vigilant and is hunting for the perpetrator.

Massive Raid at South Dade Warehouse!

The police checked in today where they found out that a massive raid has been executed at the South Dade warehouse. A massive hole was present at the door, indicating that a heavy vehicle like a Flatbed rammed the entrance in high speed. The police found 5.56×45mm NATO and 12 gauge cartridges laying around, indicating that weapons used were Colt AR-15 and Ithaca 37. 17 officers died defending the warehouse.

Another Crate of Valuables Stolen!

The pirates are now in anger once more as another stash of their jewelry are stolen. It was originally in the Sea Shacks. The police spotted two getting the crate and immidiately followed them. The jewelry was sold and the money is now somewhere in Vice City. The police are on lookout for the two suspects.

MURDER AT THE HOOKER INC

Seven dead guards along with a broken padlock was found when the owner of the Hooker Inc Express tried to gain access. It was told that two policemans, one looking like a British and one looking "inhuman" entered it and made it their "hideout". The place was repaired since.

BANK HEIST

The bank.

In October 29, a bank heist has been carried out. The gunmans held people inside the bank on gunpoint. One of them used an AK-47 to spray bullets on the walls, injuring several innocents. Three of them came in the vault and murdered a guard, then starts drilling the vault. The vault, now damaged completely, after drilling, was wide open. The robbers then stole about $800,000 or even $1,000,000. They then rushed to the back of the bank, which had a yellow Boxville and a red Gang Burrito waiting. The robbers rushed to a warehouse in Viceport. The police chased the robbers there. They suddenly encountered a man wielding an unimaginable weapon: the Minigun. Along with two more robbers wielding an AK and a M60, the police was then obiliterated by the heavy gunfire from the warehouse. The robbers then used their red Gang Burrito to escape to an unknown destination nearby. A robber was pulled over by a policeman, but was then killed by another one helping. The police, after that, totally lost contact of the robbers.

SUSPICIOUS VANS TRANSPORTS, THOUGHTS SAYS DRUGS

These days, a brown Burrito was spotted to be heading from Downtown to various locations in the city. But one of the most notable location was a factory, formerly owned by the Haitians. What notable is that this factory was suspected to be a hot point of drug transports. Attempts to follow the Burrito has failed due to the high security of the van. It is highly suspected to be transportating drugs, most likely cocaine.
