Robbers VS Police Department VS Madman

A very peculiar set of events happened today when a group of robbers tried to rob the Downtown Jewelry. It was halted by the police department about 15 minutes after. It sounds normal, but things aren't what it seems. The robbers were heavily armed but still was outmatched by the police officers. It is worth noting that one SWAT has died on the scene. And that's not all. A local male person has been spotted by authorities and the reporter to have used a car and a helicopter to jeopardise the situation.
