After an embarrassing experience in the VCPD, Callahan Security was founded by Mr. Max Callahan, pursuing his dream to have a crime-free country, where kids and innocent civilians can walk through a bad neighborhood without being harassed or get attacked at. Mr. Callahan has now turned himself into a hardworking businessman leaving all his shady pasts behind. Callahan consists of a set of specialized Operatives who's job is to keep the country and their clients safe.

Note that agents
WILL be given weapons from the Callahan Security themselves, as well as a warehouse to store their weapons.
Salary's range from 2,000$ a week to 15,000$ a week.
Our Paramilitary Agents training session
We engage vigilante mode only during Federal Crimes and high-risk Crimes, Paramilitary and Black Ops will be dispatched from our HQ in Washington Beach.
Permission from court to engage in gunshots combat is yet to be received.(Will be posted only if enough interest is shown towards Callahan Security).
Recruitment ProcedureInterested players can either apply here or contact me in-game to have an interview. Your interest will be reviewed based off this interview.
Also note that accepted applicants will still have to attend an interview with any of the CS high command to review your application.
Training ProceduresIf you're hired by CS, you will undergo training from the High Command to whichever division you're interested in respectively.
Kavalagar Training Proceduresi) Trainees will be taught to handle short-range guns including: Pump-Action Shotgun and Colt-45
ii) Trainees will have a viva session regarding the rules to be followed by the Kavalagar Agents, which will be taught by the High Command.
iii) Trainees then will finally have a practical test.
Courier Services Training Proceduresi) Trainees will be taught to handle short-range guns and SMGs including: Pump-Action Shotgun and Silenced Ingrams
ii) Driving Classes will be held by the High Command and a short viva session after that.
iii) Trainees then will finally have a practical test.
Paramilitary Forces Training Proceduresi) Trainees will be interviewed by Black Ops Agents or the High Command regarding the rules that will be taught by the High Command
ii) Trainees will be taught to handle short-range guns, SMGs, Assault Rifles as well as Sniper Rifles.
iii) Trainee will undergo flying lessons.
iv) Trainees then will finally have a practical test.
The
Black Ops will recieve any applicants. These operatives will be invited by the high command only. Applications to join this division will be
REJECTED without further discussion.
Salary DivisionThe
Kavalagar agents will be paid
2,000 ARD each week.
The
Courier Service agents will be paid
50% of the payment received by the customer for a delivery.
The
Paramilitary Force agents will be paid
5,000 ARD each week, and an extra
2,500 ARD for completing assignments assigned by the high command.
The
Black Ops agents will be paid
15,000 ARD each week, and an extra
5,000 ARD for completing assignemnts assigned by the high command.
