Why does this happens all the time and what should I do?
Well, I am trying to open something unique, trying my level best.. Before Saturday, I got few guys to start this group with and now they saying "We're leaving, Will join the most active group in Argonath". (Francisco Hendrez or what ever the name was.), So, few days back you all were very energetic that we will do this together, yes we will. And now, just look at you..
What is wrong? Why no one wants to put effort in something new?

Sadly people around will go for the "popular active" ones, nothing wrong with people that's just how it is logically if you get your little group of trust worthy people with the right effort and work it'll meet success.

Try to get old players, don't try to get new players they'll always leave you alone, try to get people who don't farm money too much otherwise they'll leave you for money and as Darty said try to join any gang/mafia to gain experience and then make your own gang/mafia.
