Allowing medics to /restock from ambulances

So what about this:
If a player is mildly hurt like about 25-30 HP loss, medic can heal him without ambulance. If the injuries are more severe, like 50-60 HP loss, ambulance is needed while those terribly hurt like 80-90 HP loss, they can only be treated at hospitals. Makes sense because medic kits aren't made to treat many broken bones or severe bleeding by injury.

That would then make paramedics redundant completely since everyone would just buy food. No need for complicating healing procedures and it's right there.

This actually makes sense.

They are good already for now. Working on more priority scripts would be a better idea.
