Greetings,

Gruppe Sechs Security return to the Liberty Courts to request a license for military-grade weapons. We are aware of our previous case and that our SWAT team's Operatives couldn't be distinguished from normal Guards. We are back to request this license as it would allow us to counter anyone who illegally uses such weapons against us.

Basically, SWAT would have tiers in which the weapons would be used.

Spoiler for Tier 1:

Pistol, Desert Eagle, UZI, Pump Shotgun, SMG and Sniper Rifle.

Spoiler for Tier 2:

Combat Shotgun, M4 Carbine, AK47, Combat Sniper and Assault SMG.

Spoiler for Tier 3:

Automatic Shotgun, Advanced Sniper, and the Advanced MG.

We understand how heavy the weapons we are requesting are. This is why there are tiers for SWAT to follow and that any Operative who uses a weapon above the tier required will receive disciplinary punishment.

Also, due to how heavy Tier 3 weapons are, their usage would need approval by a Security Sergeant, or a SWAT Lieutenant, or the Guard in charge on the scene. These weapons would only be accessible to the Security Chief, Deputy Chief, Senior Defence Authority Guard, SWAT Commander, SWAT Captain, SWAT Lieutenant and SWAT Operative.

None of these weapons would be accessible to a normal G6 member and any normal Guard who used such weapon would be severely punished unless it was a severe emergency and they were equipped with that weapon from a Senior Defence Authority Guard+. The tiers are designed so that if any weapon from any tier is brandished from an enemy or rogue psycho on our client's property, we can counter it with the same weapon or any other weapon from that tier.

We believe in the safety of our clients, and all Guards would put their lives on the line to keep their clients safe. However, SWAT Operatives could counter the criminals and keep themselves alive, as well as their clients! We understand that the LCPD wanted us to be open for a year, not have any criminals employed, have at least 5 members and to not close once.

We have 4 members, we've been open for over 6 months, and we don't have any criminals employed. The only criminals we have are those who have changed and are living a legal life now, even serving the law as ARPD Officers.

However, as we've only met half the conditions by LCPD, we'd like to request a temporary 3-month license, to begin with, and see if we can be trusted with it. It can be revoked at any time if SWAT isn't trustworthy. However, I believe Gruppe Sechs Security has proven itself and we'd like the Judge to allow @Dread Angiulo to comment on our service at her nightclub, Maisonette 9, in this court case. We believe, using this temporary license that we'll prove that we're trustworthy for a permanent license.

We believe we are ready to hold a license and serve our clients in the best, and safest way possible, and being able to counter military-weapons would allow us to keep our clients, and ourselves alive.

Greetings,

Gruppe Sechs Security wish to inform the courts that in the event we are outnumbered, we may use higher tier weapons depending on the emergency and it's circumstances.

This would never be abused though. We honestly care about our clients and their safety, but any abuse of this would be totally unacceptable and any valid reports of such misconduct would not be tolerated. Any evidence that wasn't roleplayed would not count, however, which is also the case with LCPD and other law enforcement agencies.

This would NOT apply if the situation is deathmatching with any weapon on duty, that would be instantly punished.

Gruppe Sechs Security wish to bring to the courts' attention that the combat conditions are acknowledged and we have no intention to change them.

We request this license for the following:

if any weapon from any tier is brandished from an enemy or rogue psycho on our client's property, we can counter it with the same weapon or any other weapon from that tier.

We believe in the safety of our clients, and all Guards would put their lives on the line to keep their clients safe. However, SWAT Operatives could counter the criminals and keep themselves alive, as well as their clients!

This means that while police would be immediately called, we could provide a solid defence until they arrive, and we would assist in any gunfire.

The Jury would like to remind of the standards of legal guards must follow.

We don't see any other weapon other then the legal weapons listed by the law that should be used by G6 in any circumstances.

The Jury is also notified of G6s use of SMGs without a proper license, and use of lethal force without threat to there life.

We just don't find G6 trust worth of using any weapons that are not listed as legal.

Please read and apply court guidelines for security to your G6 operations.

Mr Steve McQueen, the right to defend your life is not something that's unique, it apples to all Citizens Of Liberty State.

As such, we have just explained to you how you can operate your company in legal way, so let me say this once again.

Term 1)
Using lethal force to protect property would be a criminal act.
Term 2)
The protection of property must be done with non lethal force unless confronted with lethal force.
Term 3)
This means, G6 can indeed take actions against aggressors who are threatening there lives, or lives of there client.
Term 4)
But G6 can't be the aggressor, you can't shoot/detain/maim/harm someone and claim they were a threat if they did nothing to in danger your lives or lives of your client/s.
Term 5)
G6 is obliged to notify police as soon as they encounter any danger, or when they face a situation where they have no right to act, lets say you are securing a party, you have no right to remove individuals by force, who have done no action against you or your clients, you must notify police and let them escort the subject off the property grounds.
Term 6)
All laws of the Liberty City apply to G6.
Term 7)
Legally speaking G6 is a private company and can only use civil laws of the Liberty State, you must use LCPD, for all actions of detaining/pursuit with force, you are at this point just a assistant to the LCPD, FBI and NOOSE.

Side note: The evidence that G6 can gather can be crucial to Court and LCPD pursuing those subjects, in that terms G6 can achieve a lot. *screens do the job fine, just videos are even better*

Once again i hope you understand that means exactly as court has presented it.

All terms must be followed by G6
As for robbers and such, G6 can engage in pursuit to locate buglers/robbers until LCPD/FBI come into the chase , but same terms apply as in guarding situations.

For guns motion, once again we need to point out Term 6, as they are military grade weapons, if G6 is possessing them without proper license G6 is conducting a criminal act, as we have said, until you prove your self, G6 is counted as civilian company, and all laws of the Liberty City apply to G6.

LCPD terms have been presented to a Jury, we will speak more about them once the Jury has done a review of them.

As for time you can start using this rights and conducting on the terms we have pointed out, that would be any time you wish, as this laws are the right of all citizens of Liberty City, no special rights are given, and as such you can use them as soon as you are ready.

That said, you have no right to use lethal force, you have right to defend your lives, from subjects who used lethal force on you.

Greetings,

Gruppe Sechs Security wishes to apologize, as we didn't realize that the UZI was not allowed, at the time. That weapon was discarded. However, lethal force was NOT used. It was merely a warning, but it will not happen again, we put the past in the past and just won't commit such misconduct again.

We understand that there are trust issues due to it, but it was some time ago and we're sincerely sorry and hope to redeem ourselves. We'd like it if the Judge would accept our trial license request.  We are awaiting the permission to use the weapons for the following reasons:

Gruppe Sechs Security would like to acknowledge that the Jury has issues trusting us, due to one occasion of misconduct, which will never happen again. I would like to state, however, that we don't believe the Jury would have anything to lose by granting a trial license.

We'd just like a chance, and this would be a great way to redeem ourselves.

As a security company G6 should be contacting LCPD or Noose for any tactical or emergency needs.

Standard issue weapons are sufficient for self defense.

G6 is not authorized to carry out any "SWAT" style raids or operations.
