I accidentally messed up, but your reply should be in the original state as it was without quotes. Sorry!

How else would you enforce or encourage people to use the intended vehicles?

Well, you could deny them from entering State vehicles so players could try the Taxi Cab (/driver) job and let them pick'em up. IRL there is no state vehicles for everyone to use.

But no, it is a game and I guess ejecting them would make more sense than all of that. (No sarcasm)

You get several warnings before ejected though. It's not a sudden action that appears. Preventing them to get in the car would be a bit too much, as there are not always cab drivers available and state cars are a good alternative? Or else we should remove every state car because it's not IRL.

It's 80 at the moment. In the most optimal situation the speed limit would be increased to 120 on highways, but you'd need to write complicated scripts to allow 120 on highways and 80 on normal roads. Since 80 is still pretty fast and the minimal speed limit on roads, it should be okay. Remember that you probably only need a state car to find an ems or arfd vehicle. If you're not doing missions you can just go off duty and drive faster?

Find a state car and drive to the FD? It should not happen that often that you find yourself in that situation.

You mean cruise control? But that would mean that you're more annoyed to keep the speed at a steady 80km/h?

Lazy excuses what's wrong with controlling your speed at 80 like it's complicated to press and releases w, make a hotkey lol.... Just sad to see.

True, it would be more easier. I'd vote for it too, makes cruisin' alot easier :D

I suppose you can call it lazy, but unless you use a controller there's no real way to keep up a steady speed. I'd call it a feature with no priority  :), if it is even possible.

James how much of a change would be to have perfect 80m/h and to shift from 75-80, after 6h of driving sure, but here we are talking about moment of login to nearest hospital/fire department. 10 minutes for extreme cases.

Not supported by me. There is a reason there is a maxmium speed in civilian cars for EMS people; you are here to help people, not break traffic laws. Normal EMS helps people with their issues using a marked vehicle; not a civilian vehicle.

I agree on the fact that there shouldn't be a maximum of 80 km/h on highways tho.
