Vice City Police Department "To serve and protect" Summer Ceremony 2018

Dear law enforcement and citizens of the City of Vice,

Vice City Police Department would like to announce and invite you to its summer ceremony of the year 2018!
We will announce promotions and awards, changes, atleast one speech, changes in VCPD and its work, and more.

Ceremony will take place in Washington Beach Police Department on 15:00 CET, 21st July (Saturday).

I would suggest having the ceremony at Vice City Hall. It would add more to the RP, The mayor would give off prizes (whoever is) and then the Chief may address the public.

No, It will be held at the WBPD only.

It's been held at VPPD a couple of times before,one time making use of the interior.

I like WBPD and I think it’s entrance platform is a great stage.
VPPDs interior is klausrophobic af and the outside isn’t on WBPDs exterior level.
