The Hoarmount Avenue Crew was founded back in the 1970's lead by Enzo Giulianno and his right hand man Elio Sinagra. Enzo Giulianno was born in Vice City, Florida. He and his family lived in poverty, Giulianno quickly came to his life of crime. He and his childhood friend Elio Sinagra started stealing radio's from vehicles at the age of 14. They were caught one day and served 5 years in prison. After comming out they were already grown up and ready to make real money. They started working for the Leone Family, doing all sorts of criminal activities such as dealing narcotics and weapons.
April, 1971.
Giulianno and Sinagra were officialy made man in the leone family, they started racketeering, murdering people who the boss pointed at. By being loyal and respectful to the family, Enzo was promoted to Capo. They settled their own crew after the promotion operating Downtown, Vice City.
Giulianno was imprisoned in 1978 for drug charges, so Elio was the acting boss of the crew till 1986.
July, 1986.
Between june and july in 1986 there was a meeting set for the Leone family, on the meeting attended Franco his consigliere Sonny Mazzorelli, Jimmy (Sonny's brother), and a soldier named Mehsus. On that day Franco Leone was killed with a Shotgun blasting in his chest along with his member Mehsus. Rumors have it Martino Gonzales came to the meeting too. Many people claimed that Leone and Gonzales were not at good relationships at the time.
After Enzo Giulianno came out of prison, the crew came back and settled apart from Leone, beggining their own crime career. They quickly found out The Mazzorelli brothers and Martino were behind of Franco's death. They wanted revenge so the crew regrouped and was ready to take over.
