South Dade Warehouse (ID: #272) is now under new management. With the help of the new management's high budget, the warehouse is recovering from it's reputation from the times of Leones, Sopranos and the Singh. The warehouse is now re-built as well, and every tenant carrying an illegal item has been kicked out! The warehouse now focuses on lawful people storing in their storage rather than it's past criminal gang's history.


How to become a tenant?

The required fees for a lifetime storage space is set at $2999 ARD! You just need to contact Ulrich or DanielS.


Employees

The warehouse is ran by two main people, Ulrich and DanielS. They both manage the parking space, the tenants and the warehouse itself.
