I. Opening Statement by Chief of Police

Honorable judge, on the 12th of October 2018, [EAF]Affanster was pulled over by Officer Louis Gambino for Reckless driving. Officer Louis decided give a fine of ARD300 to Affanster for reckless driving, after which, Affaster said "I ain't paying that shit", and he kept his promise; never paying the fine.

The VCPD demands the court to hand out an increased fine for recklessly driving and not paying the fine.

II. Charges

1. Reckless driving.
2. Not paying a traffic fine.

III. Demands

1. Citizen [EAF]Affanster to be fined a total of ARD7.800, breakdown:
ARD300 for the reckless driving.
ARD7.500 for not paying a traffic fine.
