I. Opening Statement by Chief of Police

Honorable judge, on the 13th of October 2018, Ulrich was pulled over by Officer Daniel Lold for driving on the sidewalk, and after questioning Ulrich, it was found he was driving without a license. Officer Daniel decided give a fine of ARD350 to Ulrich for reckless driving and driving without a license. After Ulrich was given the fine, he threw the ticket out the window and said "fuck this yo. I don't need to follow the law", and he never paid the ticket.

The VCPD demands the court to hand out an increased fine for recklessly driving, driving with no license and not paying the fine.

II. Charges

1. Reckless driving.
2. Not paying a traffic fine.

III. Demands

1. Citizen Ulrich to be fined a total of ARD10.350, breakdown:
ARD350 for the reckless driving.
ARD10.000 for not paying a traffic fine.

To answer the defendants question; the "extra fee" is the increased fine for not paying the ticket.
The ticket was increased because you refused to pay for it, might I add, in a rather rude manner.
