I. Opening Statement by Chief of Police

Honorable judge, on the 2nd of October 2018, Pyro was pulled over by Officer Louis Gambino for driving on the wrong side of the road. Officer Louis decided give a fine of ARD200 to Pyro for reckless driving with the deadline of 5 minutes to pay, but even after the 5 minutes have passed in which Pyro was instructed to pay the fine; he did not pay it.

The VCPD demands the court to hand out an increased fine for recklessly driving and not paying the fine.

II. Charges

1. Reckless driving.
2. Not paying a traffic fine.

III. Demands

1. Citizen Pyro to be fined a total of ARD5.200, breakdown:
ARD200 for the reckless driving.
ARD5.000 for not paying a traffic fine.
