Further information: I apologize for being an idiot and believing some movies that include breaking cuffs with some stick to be realistic,

You were given a timespan of 15 minutes in-game to explain your situation before being banned, warning given by Affanster.

You completely ignored this, probably thinking they were joking or whatever, and when you realized it was actually serious you immediately point out the problem.

Now you're back here again! When will you finally learn?

I acknowledged my mistake minutes after what happened (I felt something wrong by that time), I sent a PM to danigold asking him if it is a rulebreak or not, to get no response,
as for affanster message, I didn't see it as I was busy typing to answer aky after I surrendered(third dumb mistake I made), and explain to him the situation thus flooding a bit the chat,
Yes I understand what I did wrong, it took me 15 minutes after I got banned to fully understand the situation, and by looking at the logs, I saw affanster message back then, and I fully knew why I was wrong,
so the first mistake I made: "breaking cuffs" instead of "unlocking cuffs" (like some people do with a paper clip, I blame my mediocre english for this misunderstanding)
the second mistake: not using common sense when striking back, I was completely agitated and ultimately fucked up,
third mistake: fucking it up more by not reading the mainchat.
fourth mistake: being generally annoying in the server.
fifth mistake: unban appeal being hasty and rushed, obvious childish sarcasm.

yes, I admit my mistakes, tried to fix past mistakes but actually aggravated the whole situation with nothing changed, I can still see myself being annoying, because of a weak sense of humour. I think it's time for me to get my shit together and become a measured, determined player, get rid of ridiculousness inside me and mature up.

You know this whole situation really makes me ponder; what do you think when you're logging in? "I'm gonna play and have fun", or "I'm gonna play and do whatever is necessary to win"? If you're not playing to have fun, whats the fucking point?
The reason for the ban is more about the fact you ruining a roleplay, more than the powergaming. We were roleplaying for over 15 minutes, having fun, then you what? Decide you're done being kidnapped so you just chainsaw us after a shitty fucking /me? I seriously don't understand what were you thinking? You absolutely ruined the RP by doing that.

We can go on day and night about whether the powergaming makes sense or not, about how one could break open out of cuffs with a wooden stick that he grabs from the ground while standing straight, but that's not even the point, which you're obviously missing by continuing to argue whether its possible to do so or not. We encourage players to be creative in their roleplays. We encourage players to have fun in their roleplays. We do NOT encourage players to purge roleplays because they are losing; and what even were you losing? The $250 hospital fee, or whatever equipment you were holding? Whats more important to you? A few lines on your character file, or everybody's experience?

As you said you even PM'd me afterwards apologizing for the rulebreak. You acknowledged you knew you were doing something wrong. I believe you knew it even before ruining the RP but you were so blinded by your urge to win, that you didn't even care.

Its not even about doing a dickhead move. The admin team doesn't hold a meeting each month to decide the worst roleplayer on the server to ban, because some people roleplay differently than others, and have characters that are more like themselves, and some choose characters that are completely different to themselves. You did not get banned for being a dickhead. You were banned for ruining a roleplay; that ofcourse with taking into consideration your other, recent ban.

other than being obviously annoying, I sometimes sought to win, Argonath RPG is an addictive server and I confess that, the urge to acquire money and valuables made me destroy the element of fun that time hence I ruined your experience,
I personally and humbly apologize for my acts, it was a lame excuse, and clearly irrational, if I were you I'd do the exact same thing and I can't deny that I deserve the ban,

well, it is indeed a stupid excuse to chicken off the scenario, I thought that crouching that time earlier at the yacht edge and doing "/me slowly tries to break off the cuffs" is going to make it more realistic,as how I would grab that stick from the ground, enough talking about it, it is actually a proof of my stupidity and the aforementioned greedy attitude.

having fun plays a crucial role over winning, even with the simplest things, like organizing a party in your business place with games and rewards, etc... not only it generates fun and satisfy everyone but helps gain friendships and good relations, I realized that now after destroying your fun, and I knew how selfish I was,

I am sorry for ruining your experience, and I promise I won't do this again in the future.

I dont have much to add other than the fact that I'm really disappointed in you. You've been with the community for what? 1-2 years now? And quarter to half of that time has been spent in the unban section so one would assume that you'd think not once, but twice whatever action you take in game and proceed with extra caution but sadly thats not the case with you because you're playing to win, apparently. And those are your words, not mine.

I'm not mad at being killed, it was the attempt which pissed me off. PATHETIC and TERRIBLE. "A wooden stick to break cuffs" Now tell me how that sounds. A paper clip or a bobby pin would've made much more sense had you thought about living in the moment rather than winning it. I think you were unable to comprehend that you were kept alive for so long because we WANTED to roleplay with you. Quite obvious if you ask me but oh well..

I always regarded you among a group of people who would roleplay with other players whether the odds would be in their favor of said RP or not. That is why I was so disappointed, Panzer. And tbh I don't think I can trust you enough to have long roleplays with you anymore because this scenario would always be in my mind.

You don't always have to be a superman or a terminator in every roleplay scenario. Try to be more realistic in your roleplays and remember everyone is here to have fun.
