Reason of getting banned - Resisting arrest by drowning self as a suspect. Something similar.
Further information - So i was wanted and was trying to evade but there were too many cops on my trail. As i saw that there is no other exit i just went and threw myself in the water BUT I HAVEN'T USED /SUR though i was asked many times. I did read the rules again and didn't see anywhere that i can't suicide myself when im a criminal and HAVEN'T USED /SUR or anything close to that. I was banned by Nylez.

You were banned because you purposely avoided dying by cops after your vehicle got stopped. Not only did I see you purposely drown yourself, you also got 2 reports against you.

Evading an arrest/neutralization by cops is the same as death evading and therefore you got banned for that offense.
Surrendering or not has nothing to do with the matter.

At least tell me where i can find a banlist or something because when i log in game i can't see the ban remaining time. -_-

The ban you received is permanent, and it will not expire by time.
Meaning the only way for you to be unbanned is through this unban request you made.

I would also suggest you do not try to log into the game while banned because if you are caught ban evading, it will reduce your chances of being unbanned.

No, because in the real life as criminals see that there is no other exit they would rather suicide than be caught or killed. Hitler himself isnt a criminal but for the things he has done he was also to be killed or put in prison. To avoid that he suicides instead. Also i dont give the example with Hitler because i am being his imitator or hater, i just can't think of another example right now. And the RPG in gta vc is kind of a imitation of real life.

Also why would my second ban be permanent on the condition that i have never been banned before even though i play 3rd or 4th year in this server? The 2 warnings i got from you were because i put in the main chat something like [VCPD] Megaphone sex_ : who wants sex??? which i found as funny and didn't try to take it out of the RP which has actually ended like half a hour before the second warning.

Here's the short version: It doesn't.


Did you ever stop to think how your actions affect those who you play with?
You ruined roleplay opportunities by suiciding while wanted. This counts as evading an arrest by killing yourself. There's a death-evading rule, figure it out.
You took out the possibility for the police to get their reward for a job they do, trying to catch criminals. Imagine doing your generic vehicle smuggle grind and receiving absolutely no money for it because fuck you.

Do you now see why and what you did wrong, and if you do explain the why and the what, and one liner won't do.

I didn't say that playing for long makes me more valuable but having 2 bans, one of them 3 hours and the other one permanent, both in the last week, on the front that the rest of the years i have not ever been banned makes it a bit non-sense. I didn't use a cheat, script or a hack which is logically a more weighting rulebreak. The first time when i got banned by Aky for 3 hours, i asked people where his private property is so i can leave notes with a sorry to him. I did so and after that i told him to go and check his property but he said that he found only one note with "Ibrahim13" so he can know that i left it. In private message ingame i told him that im sorry for what i have done but he didn't  tell me anything. Then when Nylez was afk and i was insulting on the end when the anger passed i left a note on his sabre turbo with a sorry too. But to be realistic you, Kessu, insulted me too saying "whoever told you that is an idiot" knowing that it was me but i didn't say anything about it because if i said it would lead to more problems and arguments. I know that i did suicide myself so the cops can't get anything off me but i still died anyways. I accept that i have broken a rule here too but its not like i have insulted everyone for long on purpose (when i haven't been taken away by anger) or have hacked the server, forum, someone's account or something similar. If you wish so it is okay to leave the ban to be permanent. It is not pain to be dead for. But whenever you see Spada, Kowalski and Andrew_Davidson tell them that i am sorry for doing that.
