I heard once this is the house Rick James grew up in that's why its a bit more expensive maybe.

I could use thousand of formats and make the house look really important.

It has a really good place for helicopter landing above the shack.. You also get a place for parking atleast 2 cars.

The storage is the reason I'm selling it above 75K.

As I already said, negotiation is possible.

That storage isn't even worth 40k using default stock prices for ammunation (which would mean loss of money for the ammu). Street prices are considerably lower.

Not many houses readily available for around that price so I think its fine honestly that he's asking for 100k 🤷‍♀️
