Advisor:His job is to make alliances with some groups so in case a rival family attack us we won't be sitting ducks.
Committees:Their job is to give a statistic of how's the family going,group management,ensure that there is not any corruption in the family and give orders to mustache pete.
Mustache Pete:They give word to the advisors and committees.They run the streets,protect the higher ranks and invite people to the family. then give information to the Committees and Advisor about the news on the streets and the situations.

Me Giorgio and Rafael have agreed on an idea of forming a commission.Only capos+ will be on the comission meetings and a meeting must be held once a week,in a time we all have to agree on.Do you agree with this or not?
