Gang Wars/Territories

Hello. There isn't any Ideas Section in San Andreas Section, so I write this Idea here.

Gangs can have Terrirories. I'm ready with the Los Santos Areas now only. All takeable Territories get an ID. If the Gang want take over a Territory and nobody owns it, the Gang must play a War against someone. If the Gang want take a Territory over, but someone owns it, then the Gang must talk with the Enemy and speak the Time of the War. (If the Server will be have an Event Server, the Wars will be there.) The Sides must wait min. 3 Days to can start the War. Before the War starts, an Admin must come to Game and check the War. If all Players died in a Side the other Side won the Territory. The Admin closes War and give Permission to write the Territory with the Winners Color in the Map. I'm thinking about how can Territories be important. There is one Map:

This should be discussed more detailed, then just a story...
I'll not hide, that the idea of gangs is supported by me... Or it is not a San Andreas...
But... As I was thinking about this idea, I got a lot of problems to manage it to the sence...

Lets open discussion...

First of all your post...

1. Gangs can have Terrirories.

What is the point for the gang to have a territory???

2. If the Gang want take over a Territory and nobody owns it, the Gang must play a War against someone.

Against whom???

3. (If the Server will be have an Event Server, the Wars will be there.)

SAMP has more possibilities then MTA, so I do not think the event server will be needed...

4. Before the War starts, an Admin must come to Game and check the War.

I would like admins to be out of this procedure... The reasons are: more slots, a lot of work...

So I have a questions...

1. What gives to the gang the owning of the territory?
2. Can the gang kill anyone who got on their territory?
3. Can the gang demand to leave their territory everyone who gets in?
4. What is the police procedure during the gang wars and on a gang territories?
5. Who will give the territories to the gangs when it is not owned yet?

Note: I do not want admins take part in it for controlling, etc... So it should be organized as well as it can be...

im going to answer this.. i have a Gang with Territory...

1. if the owner of the Gang Owns it or the owner has a member in the gang that owns it and has Given permission to use it

5. They Gang can claim owner ship but it will not be legit.. EG. ICSU owns Fortbaxter and has Claimed Land of Escobar as well.. the Escobar land May be taken over

   Prehaps gang members could spawn at their territory.

   It would depend if said person is in a gang. If its an allyed or neutral gang, Then no. If they are in an enemy gang, Yes they could (But they would still get wanted.)

3. Can the gang demand to leave their territory everyone who gets in?
   Read above answer.

4. What is the police procedure during the gang wars and on a gang territories?
   Most likely to try too stop the war at all costs ( ), But it could vary depending on the size and threat of said gang.

5. Who will give the territories to the gangs when it is not owned yet?
   They should have too apply for the territory. Maybe a section in the fourms?

So are they in or out?

They will from the begining...
Citizens skins we cannot give to spawn on gangs territories...

So there goes a guy, and gang shoots him, he is like "wtf, deathmatchers", they answer - we decided you are our enemy...
Think again about it...

3. Suppose there is a shop, gang gets a territory with this shop... And demand to pay money to them... A player denies it... What gang will do? deathmatch him constantly?

Gang starts a war on other gang, comes police, kills all, gang kills other gang, cops, then spawn again and again... This you suppose a good roleplay?

But...

The question is NOT in how to organize a gang war...
We can find the solution...
The question is: you have a gang and territory... and? What gives you a holding a territory?

OK so i think they easiest way to make a gangwar is by EVENT. for example, kowa an me wanna have a gangwar. We ask u an other admins. U let us have a gangwar at a time for example every sunday from 13:30-14:30 argonath gangwar event, where gangs get territory, territory, not about killing ppl, thats  a part of RPG, getting protection money (one way of money making atm too). and ppl will pay for protection. why? other gangs! Aragorn trust me if u let us just TRY out gangwars with territories, and if there is any deathmatching from them, u clear them as an event. pls pls pls

I can repeat - to make a gang war is not a problem for administration in organizing it...

But once again:
The point of gangs... Territories...

......territory, not about killing ppl, thats  a part of RPG, getting protection money (one way of money making atm too). and ppl will pay for protection. why? other gangs!...

How will you get people to pay you money?

they can be attacked/robbed by other gangs, so if they pay protection money they call that gang, an the gang solves the problem.

While they will solve the problem, he will be killed...
Gang can take part in protecting from dmers for example, but not to ruin the business on RPG server, or none will open business...

So think more what is the point...

Kowalski's gang rules 14 and =GU= rules 13. So GLS is the biggest,and the best gang in Argonath because they own the most territories. Other gangs should fight with GLS in gangwars to gain the "Best Argonath RPG Gang" place.Howewer if =GU= wants to beat GLS they need to beat Kowalski's gang the HM before they can fight with GLS. Like a race at gangs. This should give goals to gangs, and many ppl wants territories so many ppl should be happy^^

But then people will abuse it and kill members of the other gang 24/7 :hit:
I say gangwars are ok and fun once in a while but under certain circumstances... Like when the gang is having a gang war it will be scheduled on a certain day on which the server will have a temporary password until the gang war is done. The passwrod will be told to the trusted members of the gang.
