Remember that Greece is still  Euro's Champion

wel sure but thats just the point if you are a champion why play this way ..play like one

I mean if our team would play like that they would get the whole country against them ..last time greece became champion and yes they played defensive also ..but with much more guts ..now they say 'we are even stronger' and play the ball around back for half the match? sry but thats just weird

 

And there comes out the different football cultures in countries. The Netherlands have to always attack because their defense ain't so good(read:sucks) so the only way to compensate that is to attack yourself. Also from your traditions Holland has always paid attention to Attackers and Midfielders. From there comes the attacking football(And I love it).
Greece, on the other hand doesn't have those traditions to raise good midfielder and attackers and only way to get at least one point from the game is to keep your goal clean and then try to hit the winning goal from standard situations(corner, free kick) where there are a lot of people together and the ball can bounce everywhere.
 :ps: Wasn't last Euro played with Nike's ball?

Seems to be a big hype about it, I wanna see what its all about

wel only American station I know of that broadcasts the matches live is ESPN2 ..if you have that

we all whatch on our national (public) TV its on in almost every european country ..its a bit our superbowl or world series the European and world championships(soccer) thats how it lives ..here whole streets are decorated with orange flags and banners and pictures its really a folk fest  ill try to show a pic later if i find one

this is how a lot of steets look right now and some are even decorated more (this is just a random pic ill make one of my town later)

and attacking football i also love it, and my country(holland) is doing good with it

Spain only looked good because of the Russians making lots of mistakes and being too slow.

@ Jubin wel people say that our defense sucks and true I also agreed but on the other hand They really did well against the italians with their good atacking players

so its really hard to judge but true our strenght is the offence, always was also  In years past we had this chant : a guy would blow his horn and the crowd would yell CHARGE! (tatatatata AANVALLEN!) its just how we see Football
