(Crime meanings in a nutshell)
Verbal Assault - The abuser tends to verbally assault their victim by calling names, degrading, screaming, threatening, criticizing, berating and humiliating. They will center their victim out in front of family and friends by taking small personality flaws and embellishing them to the extreme. They make snide remarks and use sarcasm to erode the victim’s sense of self-worth and self confidence. Making the victim look bad in front of others is an attempt to isolate the victim and keep them at their mercy. Then, the abuse worsens.
Aiding and Abetting - A criminal charge of aiding and abetting or accessory can usually be brought against anyone who helps in the commission of a crime, though legal distinctions vary by state. A person charged with aiding and abetting or accessory is usually not present when the crime itself is committed, but he or she has knowledge of the crime before or after the fact, and may assist in its commission through advice, actions, or financial support. Depending on the degree of involvement, the offender's participation in the crime may rise to the level of conspiracy.
Assault & Batter with a Deadly Missle - Whoever, wantonly or maliciously, shoots at, within, or into, or throws any missile or hurls or projects a stone or other hard substance which would produce death or great bodily harm, at, within, or in any public or private building, occupied or unoccupied, or public or private bus or any train, locomotive, railway car, caboose, cable railway car, street railway car, monorail car, or vehicle of any kind which is being used or occupied by any person, or any boat, vessel, ship, or barge lying in or plying the waters of this state, or aircraft flying through the airspace of this state shall be guilty of a felony of the second degree. (Throwing stuff at someone with intention to do harm)
Obstruction of Justice - In different places, this term has diffrent meanings. Where I have grown up, and seen on TV all my life. Obstruction of Justice basically means: You're trying to stop us from getting to the suspect on purpose, accidents happen yes, though we can tell if your blatantly trying to block us from getting to, apprehending, or shooting/killing the suspect.
Failure of Compliance/Being non-compliant - Again, In different places, this term has diffrent meanings. Where I have grown up, and seen on TV all my life. Failure of Compliance meaning: You're not listening to us, you're not doing what we say. As in, if I order you to pull over, and you start speeding off, your being non-compliant.
